Background

BankPoint was founded in 1999 as VSI Solutions, Inc. Our founders had years of experience developing mission critical business systems using agile software development techniques. In 2002, we began working with banks and other financial institutions to lead core system selection, implementation, and integration projects. By leading these projects we developed expertise in banking and banking systems, and experienced first-hand the challenges faced by our customers. In 2007, VSI partnered with a newly acquired bank to develop a loan review and portfolio management solution. The resulting system, ARCS, grew into a powerful bank management system with thousands of users at financial institutions across the US, ranging in size from $100M to $40B in assets. In 2018, VSI Solutions and ARCS were rebranded to BankPoint, reflecting our evolution from a consulting company to a world-class software provider. BankPoint is based in McKinney Texas and is privately funded.
