Key Stakeholders: Executive Team, Lending Team, Deposits Team, Operations Team
The BankPoint Document Management Solution includes centralized storage and access, a secure portal for collecting documents, handling onboarding and origination document workflows (including e-signatures), and real-time integration with one or more external imaging systems (such as Fiserv Premier, Jack Henry Synergy, or FIS FCM). BankPoint users have a consistent viewing experience, whether documents reside on the BankPoint platform or in a third-party system. The BankPoint Document Management Solution greatly simplifies finding and retrieving documents by eliminating cumbersome keywords and indexes.
DocuPoint is a secure online Document Portal for customers and third parties. It supports customizable document requests, automatic virus scanning, and a review queue for document acceptance. Uploads can be stored in the BankPoint system or routed to external imaging systems, helping teams collect and file documents without relying on ad hoc sharing methods.
Features include secure document storage before account creation, integration with loan and deposit origination workflows, and automatic transfer to backend imaging systems after account opening. It also supports approval and collection workflows while eliminating risky temporary storage methods like shared drives during onboarding.
Generally, BankPoint integrates with any third-party imaging system that provides API access. Common integrations include Jack Henry Synergy, FIS FCM, Fiserv Director/Nautilus, and Hyland OnBase, but many other systems are supported, and more are being added for new customers. Depending on the use case and requirements, Documents can be stored directly in BankPoint, allowing users to easily access any document regardless of the storage location.
BankPoint connects to the bank's existing imaging system via seamless real-time integration and makes documents accessible directly within BankPoint across multiple levels: loans, customers, collateral, deposits, and more.
A banking system can remove common imaging-system friction by eliminating the need to open multiple imaging screens or run time-consuming keyword searches. For example, in BankPoint documents are retrieved directly within its interface.
